I noticed that all previous reviews were from well over a year ago, so I wanted to submit a newer one. Judging from other reviews there have obviously been many improvements made over the past few years. I've lived here for 2 years now and haven't had many problems at all. The biggest complaint I have is our numerous neighbors who insist on working on their cars in the parking lots or late into the night. The rent has also increased since we first moved in and is what is prompting our move to another property.

I will also say that the new management is very prompt with repairing anything that needs to be taken care of. There were also several improvements made to the grounds during our stay.
