We signed a 7 month lease and we are currently in our last month and CAN NOT WAIT to be out of this place. Noisy neighbors that keep us up late with their music. Kids out running through the complex late being noisy. ROACHES constantly roaming through the kitchen. And they sprayed for them the first month we were there & it obviously did nothing. The pool is constantly closed and when it is open it is dirty or there are unsupervised kids throwing lawn furniture into it. The hot tub has not worked a single time that we were down at the pool. Our electricity bill in the summer was $300-$400 a month. And the temperature in our apartment never dropped below 80 degrees even with the air running 24/7. One of the maintenance women just walked right into our apartment while my son & I were home. I would not recommend this complex to an enemy. Stay away!
