You know how you see the little old guy with a balding head driving a brand new candy apple red Vette and think to yourself - he is trying to compensate'

Welcome to Chapel Hill Apartments. They have lots of cool amenities to try and cover up for their complete and total lack of service, maintenance and professionalism. The front office staff is incompetent and they don't care about you. They know the property will sell itself and once they hook you with a contract you are done. Then the fun begins. False promises, lies and general lack of caring about you or your business is what will follow.

Ask yourself this - if the property is great and the person blowing smoke up my skirt - promising all this great stuff - is telling the truth...... Why is the lobby packed with new renters all the time' I mean this place is paradise right' Why would people be leavign all the time' They all can't be buying houses so they are most likely......................... Moving to A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX.


Do yourself a favor. Ask if Tina still works there. If she does - don't rent. And don't think Tina's boss cares either because he doesn't. You can leave him a message like "Hey, I am a tenant and it is URGENT that you call me back ASAP" and guess what. He won't call to see what is going on. And just in case you want to take it higher up to the CEO of the company that runs Chapel Hill don't bother. He doesn't have time for you either.

This property is the WORST run business I have ever dealt with. Give me a shady used car sales lot anyday. At least you know what you are getting......... SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

That is because Tina SLEEPS WITH THE BOSS AND ANY OTHER BI WOMAN SHE CAN GET HER ----- HANDS ON I pitty her kids. You are right call and if they say Tina is still there DO NOT RENT THERE.

I don't rent here, but it sounds an awful like the property I live at - Emery Bay at Lakepointe! I believe everything you are saying is true b/c it's what happens at most apartments. They promise you all this stuff and then you end up getting screwed over! At my complex, they entered my apartment, leaned a greasy ladder against my couch leaving a huge grease stain and now they won't pay to fix it! So, good luck to you and don't move to Emery Bay at Lakepointe!!!!

You know what? They have new staff, and believe it or not, they are great. Everybody is human, so lighten up and give them a try. I actually tested them and the leasing staff go out of their way to help people. Try them and see, and if your not happy, then talk to the manager, I'm certain that you will find for yourself that they are good people that truly try to help everyone. Make your own mind up by testing them yourselves and see for yourself instead of relying on people that go on and on and on about the bad side of things.

I Rent here and I've been living with 2 rats for the past 2 months and they finally got the rats out and then they didn't even compensate me for they took 50.00 off of my next rent..Oh but wait there's more...took get the rats they set down traps and i guess the maintance ran out of cheese so they went through my refrig and grabbed my cheese. Tina freakin SUX
