i loved living here, but heard lots of complaints from other neighbors. billing dept wasnt great so make sure you get a recept for EVERYTHING. when we moved our gate key deposit was never returned although we did turn in our keys. they told us we werent suppose to get one back. that was a lie. i didnt fight it though, i had a new puppy for a year that they never knew about, so i still came out on top from not payn that deposit. other than that it was a great atmosphere maintenance only had to come for minor things, like light bulbs and they always came right away.
