I actually do not live here but stay with my boyfriend on some occasions and just would like to say, Chapel hill has been great. I have not had any problems with parking, so-called criminal activity or any "thugs" hanging around. I know for a fact that maintenance responds very quickly to any issues that the renter may have, I was at his place when one of them showed up re: the simple microwave noise, which was just the fan and it was resolved. I would recommed this complex to anyone.

No offense, but we have lived here for a year and are moving out because we are so unhappy with the complex and the office staff. You mentioned that there is no criminal activity but a friend of ours just moved out because she was assaulted the other night walking home from the work-out room. The office staff told her that this was actually the 3rd or 4th notice that they had received about this man and they hadn't posted anything around the apartments to warn anyone.
