Recent sexual assault and theft on a resident at the Chapel Hill Apartents not new to the complex. It has happened before. Gates are always open/broken. Too big of a property to manage and no one cares. You have problems, no one cares. Thats their moto. -----Complex director used to be a used car sales man. So he will be all nice and cool when you first sign the contract. After that you are just a number and he will avoid you at all cost. You can leave him messages and he will never call you back. If you have a problem with one of the staff, you will never get him. Their cashier/ Accountant person must go back to Accounting school.
