Where do I start' When we first checked out the apartment, we were so impressed with the amenities and the wonderful and friendly staff. As SOON as we signed the lease though, they forgot who we were and stopped caring. SERIOUSLY. The management is a bunch of monkeys. You call and nobody ever answers or returns your phone calls when you leave messages. I've been here 10 months and they've lost my rent or utilities check at least 3 times. Maintenance is OK for a complex this big, but the gates are always broken and the car wash is always on the fritz too. Amenities are plentiful, but they aren't good enough to make up for the horrible customer service. They require you to give them a 60 day notice before you move out because they KNOW that no apartment will be able to tell you whats available 60 days in advance. I know because I've looked all over and nobody can show me what they have available in 60 days. Tenants are incredibly rude and almost every night there are people driving in and out of the complex with LOUD music blasting past midnight. There was a sexual assault that happened recently and apparently this isn't the first time. Don't leave your doors unlocked behind you. I've went ahead and given Chapel Hill my 60 day notice . I'm running away and never looking back. DO NOT RENT HERE! Go to Broadstone or The Bluffs. CHAPEL HILL IS HORRIBLE!
