Where do I begin..I've lived at Chapel Hill apts. for the last 6 months. I've hated it since day 1. I can hear EVERYTHING! I can hear every step the tenenats above me make, I can hear the kitchen pipes in the apartment that shares the kitchen wall with me and the couple that shares my bedroom wall..I can hear it all!!! I have been extremely dissappointed; it has gotten to the point where I hate to go home. I cannot WAIT until my lease is up..I'm getting out of there and will NEVER look back.
