Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have been living in Chapel Hill for about a year now. My first apartment was the Loudon floor model, and my utility bill was nearly $400 bucks every month. My 1000 sq. ft apt. could not possibly need that much energy. I issued several maintenance requests and each time the maintenance men would say it was my energy company. The energy company said it was the aparment complex. Finally, before I went bankrupct I decided I was going to move out. Jaime, the lady upstairs calmed me down and said that I should just move to another apartment. So, that is what I did, and my utility bill has only been around $100. I am so happy that I decided to stay. I love the amenties, the staff is always friendly, and I love the area. All in all I would recommend Chapel Hill. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
