It's FUNNY..(not really)

After living here about 1 1/2 years, I've come to see the staff as human beings, and nice people generally. What's refreshing is that those people that used to work here are gone, and they seemed to be extremely mean to people, (-----, for example)I've talked with several residents and everyone agrees (not all 2000 people have the time to write a review) but the dozens of current residents are happy that the people at the office are good people, and those negative remarks about the staff at the office seem to be by ex-workers. All of the residents I've talked with truly enjoy the service from the office, as they are genuine and have helped everyone that I've talked with. Even though ---- is the Leasing Director, he goes out of his way to help everyone that he can. I've talked with him, (after moving in) and he's helped us several times. Unlike the people who complain, I understand that those first point of contact people are in leasing, not accounting, not complaints about your neighbor, etc..so why is it difficult for some to understand that they must direct them to the proper department'
I wasn't going to write a review, but I felt it necessary to after reading such negative remarks by some offensive people. If you are thinking of moving here, walk into the office yourself and talk with them and see for yourself; they are nice people who genuinely care, which is rare for an apartment complex or any other service industry today. I've read the happy board in their office where other residents have written nice things about the staff. It is troublesome to read remarks from people who seem to have nothing better to do than to complain about things that are the farthest from the truth. See for yourself, it's a wonderful place.

Now this review is funny since it appears to be written by office staff..loosing alot of residents huh? This property is not safe and the noise is insane. Trust me, most people are not going to take the time to get online in order to slander an apartment complex! Since the office staff is so great, they should get online, read the concerns of their residents and work on the issues at hand. That would be nice.

I moved out 8 months ago. And the things they did to us in the end were the worst of the whole stay, so don't believe this nonsense. I'm not saying everyone there is a problem, we had a wonderful experience with the woman in accounting the one time we had an issue. It's the management, and the owners who are the problem, I've tried contacting the owners CONTINUOUSLY to come to a conclusion with problems that could not be resolved with management, and I am still waiting to talk to a human being from there. I am a businessman, and I am not "offensive", but I am honest, and I was sincerely played dirty by this company multiple times.

You know this had to be written by ---- or one of his "employees" since the whole thing tries to make him look good. If you take the time to check out the people working here now, you will see that most of the leasing staff have absolutely NO EXPERIENCE and from the way they dress, most likely had a "different" profession if you know what I mean. I lived here for 2 years and everytime I had a problem or a concern, I would go to ---- or ----- and they were most helpful. I never knew either one of them to be "mean" to anyone. The owners really should get rid of ---- and get someone in there that really cares about the residents and not his paycheck to support his high dollar car and free apartment.

HA! totally written by the office. None of this is true, you cannot get to know anyone around there becasue they are never around to get to know. The WORST customer service ever! Apartment complex is horrible, there is no parking, there is dog crap everywhere and the walls are so thin, cops are called ALL the time, even on a saturday evening at 8pm with 3 people on the balcony, give me a break!

I agree, this was written probably by ---- himself. Who else would have so much knowledge of who was working there years ago and who is working there now? LIES! The two people who are the worst are STILL there and that's ----, who sells you the apt and then forgets who the hell you are, and ----, the apartment manager who never returns phone calls and never seems to really care

Heck yeah this has to be ----! Did this guy just call out ----- -- one of the only nice people there? He had her fired for agreeing with someone who spoke poorly of him. She was seriously one of the only helpful people at Chapel Hill, and they banned her from the property. ----'s too busy out hiring new staff at unmentionable places to truly help anyone. Oh yeah doing that and walking around the office acting as if he's better than everyone else. This review disgusts me -- write a real review or don't write. I'm not saying you can't be happy here, I was for quite a while, but I am saying this is fake. I haven't heard from anyone who truly likes the office staff and who sees them as helpful!
