I'm a 38 year old banker,and have never seen such unprofessinalism and bad customer service as I've seen here. I've been here for less than a month and experience a really bad pest problem, they sent out someone to exterminate, to no avail the problem still persisted. When I was followed up them, they got very angry with me and the manager hung up on my face. When I called back he said he didn't hang up, he transferred me, I told him that must be why I got a dial tone then after he transferred me. They get very angry here if you show any persistance in a matter and do not like having accountability. I have already made a formal complaint to their corporate office, not so much for the pest problem, but for the rudeness and unprofessionalism that I was dealt. It maybe a nice looking apartment but damn you if you have any problems.
