Well, I turned in a very large rent check today, and left steaming! As I walked up to the clubhouse I noticed a freshly seeded lawn, beautiful flowers, trimmed shrubery, and a fresh coat of paint on the building. That was all great, but my building doesn't have grass it has mud, and it has no flowers, and it's paint is peeling off and the lights are out, and my shurbery has not been trimmed in months! At what point does someone on staff who really cares walk around the complex and realize that this place needs some cosmetic help! Please, take a good look before you rent here and just know that I have been trying to get simple things done since May and today is Oct 1st. That is just toooooo long! I know the sales staff are good at selling, but just keep looking, you will find an apartment that is better suited for you! I will add photos this week to back up my review. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I was told over 2 years ago when I first rented with them that a new gym was coming complete with trainers! Go figure it's still not here. Yes, the blueprint in the White House is impressive, but COME ON already, do something! The parking is ridiculous. I was told I could get covered parking when there weren't any garages around me available. Thanks, that really will help store some items with my car. Also a ton of the people with garages don't park in them -- that's ok, but then they also don't park in the drive way leading into the garage, so they take up the few parking spaces that aren't covered. Management said they were going to crack down on ppl who use their garages for storage, but how can they? Those people are PAYING for the garage. They can't stop that. As usual, management is trying to blow smoke. Love the complex, hate the management and office staff.

Yep, I was told the same thing about the gym. They said it would be completely finished by August and made it sound soooooo amazing. It ticks me off that they blatantly lie to people that way!
