Is this really the case'

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008

Living here about two years has allowed me to see first hand how well my apartment is, the staff, and the community. Despite someone's best efforts, there will be human errors, problems with equipment, etc. I write this because the people at Chapel Hill are exactly that, people. I've talked with them, both the front office and the grounds people, and they have been very professional. Again, it's not to say that there hasn't been an instance where someone somewhere didn't do what was best, but not with us or with our neighbors. It seems as if some people will go out of there way of writing personally attacking words of others which results in an obvious view of the writer as not being in control of themselves emotionally.
I'm certain that someone will act in this manner by writing such a negative response to our posting, as every prior positive writing that we've read received such a response. This reflects our human nature, sometimes not necessarily the truth.
Before writing such words, think about these people and and that they too have a family, etc. and are human. When is the last time that you took the high road and actually forgave someone's shortcomings, approached the person you have an issue with and made an honest effort to be kind, forgiving, and focus on resolving whatever issue has you so upset.
Imagine if people came to your office, and complained with such anger, then went to some website and wrote negative words about you. We thought of that and it really would be hurtful, not healthy at all.
God forbid we try this approach. We have used it several times; at work, at school, at the store, especially in traffic, and it's amazing just what a little kindness these days can actually do for a stranger. It WORKS! God Bless.

We all know this is ---- or ----. In some ways he can be right about what he said, but guess what,.. you're the managers of a property that houses over 2,000 people. If you can't manage these tenants hire some more managers. You have leasing agents, managers, and accountants in your front office. Have 2 more people that handle just residents, spend that little extra money that you have for some office staff that care and you'll be suprised as to how many good comments you will get. You wont have to write them anymore ----. And also you shouldn't charge people rediculous amounts when they move out, because when someone moves out that should be the end of any property relationship. Give people the opportunity to break leases if they want to purchase a home, help the economy, put back into the community rather than your pockets. You guys are so rude and totally oblivious as to what goes on. Re-do your management structure, and don't have ---- or yourself (----) sit at a desk and say someone else will handle it. As manager, you should be able to assist people who need help. You shouldn't rob people who want a descent place to stay. You should have meetings with residents and take questions or comments and be able to answer them on the spot...if you were a good manager.

yep. we all know this is ---- huckle or ---- terrazas writing this..almost convinced everyone that you actually care! The residents here at Chapel Hill are split....some realize what is really going on and how mismanaged the front office it and the others have no clue yet. YET. It is completely obvious that all you care about is money. After getting people to rent here, they become what I call dollar signs. The office does not care about you as a person at all, and I have to say that one of the leasing agents at the front office has the worst attitude. (paige) What kind of customer service training have you given her??? none. People deserve the right to voice their opinion even if it may be what you don't want to hear. The truth hurts. And in this case, it's hurting your business. Ouch.

Yeah, this had to be J.o.h.n or t.i.n.a Unfortunately calling corporate and asking for B.i.l.l. who is over Chapel Hill won't do any good...apparently. Maybe if we keep trying he will finally listen and get t.i.n.a and j.o.h.n out of there!
