I am not here to write "outlandish" things about Chapel Hill, only here to tell of my experience. I have lived here for awhile. The staff changes from week to week which doesn't set well with me at all. The property manager is far too busy to return calls or answer questions. She is in and out of the office every week. I guarantee you will not be taken care of by her 100% of the time, you will probably have to talk to the manager below her. If you are comfortable with different people handling your complaints, work orders, and anything else you might need...then this is the place for you! If you enjoy being snubbed by the staff on a weekly/monthly basis then this is your home! What a great feeling it is to know that you cannot count on the same faces inside an office.....That in itself says a whole lot about the place that you live...
I believe that any apartment complex has pros and cons, however that said, I also believe that when the cons outweigh the pros...houston, we've got a problem!
By the way, all chapel hill residents need to call 314-862-7080. It's the corporate phone number. You will see results when you go higher up. Enough said.

I seriously belive that ---- and ---- are having an affair. U can tell by the way they act and how they interact with one another. They smile in your face and secretly come up with ways to charge you for all sorts of things. ---- is nothing but an ex used car salesman who only cares about taking people's money! ----'s too busy surfing E-Harmony and Cupid.com looking for men rather than taking care of these apartments! BEWARE!
