This place looks very nice and the grounds and amenities are fabulous. The staff are very rude and unfriendly. It takes an act of GOD to get anything fixed when you call about it. All they care about is suckering you in...once you're in you are just another number they they could care less about. Upon completing my lease and moving out, I spent hours fixing every nailhole where I had hung pictures, retexturing the walls over the repaired nailholes, repainting the entire apartment, and cleaning the entire place to a better condition than when I moved into it. I did all this only to get a bill 3 weeks later saying that I owe them $960 to replace the carpet because I was a smoker and they could smell cigarett smoke in the carpet. This is the most ludacris thing I've ever heard. Fortunately I work for an amazing attorney and he is going to make this go away but I consider it a slap in the face that they even tried to pull this. It makes matters even worse that my a/c went out 1 month in to the lease. They fixed it and for the next 5 months the a/c ran nonstop. My powerbill jumped to outrageous figures. After begging for 5 months they finally sent someone else to look at it and discovered that the heater had been wired to come on with the A/C. They gave me a samll adjustment off my rent for 2 of the 5 months that I had a heater and a/c running at the same time. I could name several other instances like this but you hopefully get the idea. I tried to talk with corporate office on several issues only be treated poorly and rudely. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. There are better places in the area where you don't get treated like a piece of garbage after you've signed the lease.

Same with us, we got slapped with a 2000.00 fine sent to collections. Becuase there was 2 stains in the carpet and 1 set of blinds was broken. 2000 dollars! Then on top of that, the manager talked about us behind our back to the painting company that my husband used to work for who then called him and told him to apologize to the manager for writing a bad review. Thats outrageous.

O my gosh yall, we have had such a horrible experience with this place. We have had the same type of stuff happen to us as well. Me and my husband are begining to talk to a lawyer right now. So many bad things have happened with us that I can't even write it right now. We have written on this site before about 5-6 mon ago. We have tried to reach corporate but no one will return our call. This place is bad very bad and I would like to speak with anyone about this.

This is sad to hear, I am about to move about because of their crazy price increases just to find out they are more than likely going to slap me with some ridiculous bill. My friends just moved out and they did the same thing to them with the carpet. They must not be too concerned with retaining guests or keeping a good name.
