I would like to give a personal thank you to, in no particular order,the three young ladies working in the front, by the names of Janna, Christi, and Ashley. Their goal is one hundred percent, professional customer service. These ladies are probably the most important reason that I have chosen to renew my lease at chapel hill. I believe that these ladies should be commended for their excellent performance as leasing specialists'.

Although Chapel Hill has a crazy amount of turn-over I must admit they do continue to give great customer service. I too have thoroughly enjoyed living here, it is just sad that they are increasing all their rates (rent, water, trash, sewer, etc by double). I wish I didn't have to move, I like it here but you can go across the street and get a bigger apartment that is even nicer on the inside for less money. Its crazy!
