I have lived here for almost two years and I pretty much love it. If it weren't for my new job I would be renewing again. Parking is kind of an issue if you come home at 3am on the weekends, as I sometimes do. I've always had very fast response times from maintenance and they're pretty friendly. Christi and Ashley in the office are super sweet girls! There's one lady who's in charge of billing I think who's a B*tch. One thing I LOVE is how thick the walls are. I can never hear my neighbors at all. And I love Andy Brown park nearby where I can run with my dog. Definitely recommend!!

I totally agree! This place has been great! Where I live parking is an issue every Sunday & Monday and then hit or miss throughout the rest of the week. With our apartment gym being open to the public, if you live anywhere near it parking can be miserable. Maintenance is fast and very nice! Christi and Ashely are great and a couple of the only employees who have lasted more than a month or 2 there. The walls are good, you really don't hear the neighbors which is nice. The apartments in stage 1 & 2 are pretty ran down and dated which is kinda rough for the price. I have lived here 2 yrs also but will be moving out soon just because you can get just as nice of an apartment with more square feet in the surrounding area cheaper than Chapel Hill with there new price increase.
