I was told by an former apartment management staff member they are asked to write positive reviews when they live in the apartment. To help keep rating higher so they can get more clients.

The law require them to notify you within 30 days of move out with your deposit or a move receipt outlining. If they do not they forfeit any right to claim any of your deposit.

yeah I was told by an ex-employee of Chapel Hill that they were told to get on and write good reviews. Interesting that you were told the same thing. I can't believe they lie like that. Geez. Well obviously the truth will find you out.

I can see why they would be fake because most of the time people come on these sites to complain, it is VERY rare that an apartment complex will have that many positive ones so close together in time.
