Office personel are absolutely useless. All they seem to care about is pushing that new "Zone" Workout center, which might I add isnt all that. I get Zero reception in my apartment, outside it works perfect (AT&T w/ Iphone, Verizon(Blackberry)) Our 1st floor 1 bedroom apartment is directly below a 3 Bedroom apartment. If i had known that i would NOT have moved in. Lets see.... WHO usually lives in a 3bedroom apartment' A FAMILY, usually with LOUD STOMPING KIDS. Yea, needless to say, PLEASE ask what apartment is above you if you are getting a first or second floor apartment. This management does NOTHING about noise complaints. "They are kids, thats what they do." !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, they have a dog park, and dog cleanup bags and trash cans all over their complex but ahem, no one uses them! You cant even walk around the dog park with your dog unless you want your shoes covered in sh$t.

When we first saw the "Demo apartment, it was really nice, big ceiling fan, nice carpet, everything looked perfect. FAR CRY from what we got. The apartment they showed us was alot different then the one we got. CAUTION: THE SWITCH-EROO.

They didn't even replace the carpet when we moved in. There were SEVERAL paint stains on the carpet where their paint crew obiously dripped. I am dreading the bill when we move out, I've read SO MANY reviews about them charging out the a$$ for little things!!

Needless to say, i've been there for about a year now, my lease is ending in a few months and well' I'll definatly be moving. Please ask questions about your apartment before you move in!

I think that this is a great summary. We moved out of Chapel Hill about 4 months ago and we are soooo very happy we did. All of the above is very true, down to the cell phone service and apartment switch-eroo. Please go knock on doors and talk with those living there before moving in so you don't get stuck.

In a short, Chapel sucks. It's the worst place I've ever lived when it comes to staff/management. If you need problems in your life move here. The management acts like a bunch of teenagers and aren't worth minimum wage.
