The amenities here are outstanding. I'm on my second lease. The first one was a 2x2 on the third floor. The electric bill was extremely high every month ($220-$440). Once we switched to Gexa Energy it dropped in half. I moved to Denton for a while to be closer to school and couldn't stand it! Moved back to Chapel Hill as soon as I could. I have a one bedroom now and love it. My only complaints are the rent is a little high, but you really get what you pay for here, and the neighbors above me are heavy set and have kids - they sound like they are jumping on pogo sticks sometimes. Besides that, this has been a great place.
