The apartments are great, actually they are condominium in the price of apartment with all the possible amenities like 8 pools, tennis court, badminton court, raquet ball court, kids play area, the most huge and great fitness center /gym that i have ever seen etc. Its beautiful and the maintenance staff is good usually comes with in 2-4 hrs of your call and the club house and the theatre rooms are great which you can book for free any day anytime. They also organize some great events around 10-15 events each month like pizza movie night, girls night, kids activity and sports, bingo night etc etc.
I totally had a great enjoyable time living here and i miss it.
Above was my feedback after moving out of the apartment.
But The management was horrible after that even after giving our forwarding address 5-6 times on mail , email and phone they kept sending our settlement statement on wrong address and after 2 months they gave the case to Collection agency who started ruining our credit history without any communication. Me and my hubby called and emailed the staff 15-20 times but there WAS NEVER any response.
Even after leaving the apartment and blinds in excellent condition, instead of getting our deposit back we had to pay a heavy amount. We even had to pay for a damage which was already present in the apartment before we moved in and mentioned in our MOVE IN STATEMENT.
ALL IN ALL MY STAY THERE WAS MEMORABLE AND EXCELLENT BUT THEY SUCKED HIGHLY AFTER MOVE OUT.

Notice: DAA, TAA, and NAA are fee based membership organizations that represent any/all residential properties that are willing to pay and keep current on the membership fee.
Being a former resident of Chapel Hill it has been my experience that people who try to share a VALID experience portray both the pros and cons of this property, as it is definitely is not all bad. It's very apparent when a property employee has logged onto a review site and posted a comment to try and discredit the factual experiences that former/current residents have experienced. I believe you will find both positive and negative reviews on all review sites, as everyone has different experiences; however, when negative reviews tend to be similar in content by numerous posters, it's very unlikely that complete strangers are colluding to discredit the property.
These review sites are available so that potential residents can find a "take it for what you will" platform to research a property prior to moving in. And yes, it's always best to keep in mind that the reviews posted are that person's opinion and not a complete representation of all residents.
