I have lived at Chapel Hill about 2 years. I have had a few maintenance issue which were taken care of immediately. We have a great work out room which I enjoy. The only issue I have is the pool and one employee that works in the office. Every weekend the pool is a joke. Everyone from everywhere comes uses our pool. I went and spoke with the employee in the office that has the white streak in her hair, which she told me there was nothing that she could do. I have a problem with this, when I go to the pool at 1pm and all chairs are taken with non residents that do not pay rent. I was at the pool over the weekend when I saw the the employee with the white streak in her hair walk up to the pool. She started yelling and cursing, which one of you chicken S h i t residents called the F---ing office and didn't give your right apt number. I looked around at everyone at the pool we were shocked and amazed. I will not be renewing my lease. I also agree with the reveiw from 06/23/09.

From Lisa Everett- If you do not live hear and you are at our pools disrespecting other people and our property you will be removed. We have 2 courtesy officers and the Lewisville PD has a "close-patrol" of our pools at my request. If you do not live here or are not visiting a friend that lives here you should not have the privilage of using our facilities. I am reasonable though. If you live here and you have some sort of party like a birthday party and you have more than "two" guests, as long as everyone is following the rules, then I see no reason to through you out. I mean really why can't a resident enjoy the facilities they are paying for! I believe in being reasonable and fair. My door is always open if you would like to talk about it. Also 972-315-9700 and ask for Lisa. Maybe you should consider coming in to see me or call me instead of "anonymously" hide behind user names.

Why can she not handle herself this professionally in person? She is always dressed inappropriately and reeks of alcohol. This is in addition to cussing like a sailor!

I WAS THERE. SHE CAME OUT AND STARTED CURSING AT THE RESIDENTS. I HAD MY PARENTS THERE AND WAS VERY EMBARRASSED THAT MY PARENTS HAD TO HEAR THAT.

Lisa, You should not be one to speak of Grammar. "Hear" instead of "here"? "Through" instead of "throw"? Really?? Hahahaha! And one more thing Honey. Periods and commas are not intended to be used in the same manner. -Not very impressed prospect
