I have recently singed a 1 year lease with this property,I've had many issues with my current Apt.community,specificly with the manager who's actions concerning residents concerns and safety have been overlooked and discarded.After leaving the leasing office i decided to check Apt. ratings .com,I wish I would have done this before hand as I have become very concerned I've noticed alot of of concern by current residents concerning the manager.I have the feeling that I am moving from [one @##$hole to another]but I've already signed the lease and I feel I have no way out of it now.Please don't take this the wrong way Chapel Hill is a beautiful property but it seems to me that you have managerial problems.It would be my guess that ------------------- is the manager as her name pops up on every review

My advice would be that dont bother about the manager because you hardly want to go to manager, i mean i stayed there for 9 months but i dont even know that any such manager exists because i never had to confront her, i spent my best 9 months there at chapel hills and wish you the same. good luck.

You prolly work here this place blows after only two weeks. The a/c is very bad
