We have had mold issues since we moved in. We did not notice it until we did our move-in inventory. It took 4 letter and 3 months before maintenance even came out to look at it. Even though in Texas the law requires a mold inspector to be licensed, they attempted to play off who I'm sure is a regular customer of theirs as a licensed inspector. I am not ignorant and asked for receipts but they conveniently did not have them. The company they told me did the work is not on file with the State of Texas to assess or remediate mold. When I wrote a letter and sent photos, they retaliated and were extremely rude. Lisa actually brought my roommate to tears. This place is not maintained, the management is rude and unprofessional and they do not care about anyone as an individual.
