I was shown only a model before moving in. The actual apartment was the same layout but dirty, with old, stained carpet and a broken shower head. They not only refused to replace the carpet when I was considering renewing my lease, they also refused when I offered to pay half the cost. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment, repared holes and scratches in the walls with paint and fullfilled all requirements in my leasing agreement. I was promptly refunded my entire deposit within thirty days of my move out date. THE MOST ANNOYING thing about this complex is the fact that since I have moved out I have recieved five phone calls from them waking me on work nights at 2:00 am. Evidently they have a computer or FAX machine that calls my number. To no avail I made two requests early on for them to refrain from ever using my number. I just recently added two of their phone numbers to a call block list. I hope it works. It really pisses me off to be woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of a modem while expecting that someone I care about is hurt or in trouble.
