I never had any complaints about this complex. I have lived in many other apartments and Edgewater was one of the best. I don't know how its been since the management changed, but they were always nice and courteous to me. When I was laid off, I had just signed a new lease and they even let me have it back and pay month to month until I found a new one.

I agree that maybe some of the bad experiences were from bad tennants...
