I am currently living at the Edgewater and I do like my apartment. I don't like that the lawn people come at 7am and that I have to call 3 times to remind them of maintenance requests. I feel that the management is especially unprofessional. They don't know the answers to my questions, they have given me false information either from lack of intelligence or lack of training, and also an allover uncaring attitude towards my concerns. Probably the worst thing is the fact that it's built near a landfill and it stinks like rotten food at night. I will not renew b/c of the lack of concern.
