I have lived here just under 2 years and my lease is expiring. I have only signed six month leases thinking I might find a better deal.
That is way I am at this site. The lease rates and lease specials are competitive at Edgewater however, you throw in free assigned covered parking, water, and extended cable with that the price is hard to beat.
As far as Management,they have always been courteous and professional to me. They might run a tight ship, but what's wrong with that. They keep the place clean and quite and I pay my rent on time. No Problem
