Unfriendly management, terrible tenants

I have lived in 5 different apartment complexes in the North Texas area, and this one by far takes first place as the worse one. The managers are dictators who try to control everyone like slaves. The tenants are not the nicest people to have as neighbor?s b/c the management has turned everyone who lives in this place as bitter as they are. I have two grandchildren who I couldn't invite over to my neighbors pounding in the walls that seem as thin as paper. Be smart about it, and take these messages in consideration before moving there.
