I will be moving into these apartments soon. I have just read all the reviews and now have mixed feelings. I really like the look of the place and feel it is the best place out of all the apartments that I have looked at. My only complaint is that Susan R. in the office is an idiot. She talks too much and it takes 30 minutes when all I want to do is drop off a payment. I hope that when I move in I don't have to deal with her.

I was going to move here too. I read the reviews and had a few people tell me negative things and I ignored them... but then I got my own little red flag. The move in date wasn't for another month and a half when I got two phone calls from Susan and Ruth. They left messages and were like, "call us back on the number on your phone" Well, since my phone was turned off while they called my phone didn't store their number. Why couldn't they take the 2 seconds to spill out the number to make it easier for me? After those two calls, they called my work! My manager thought it was a bill collecter because they were very rude, unprofessional, and persistant to talk to me. (I was in a meeting) My manager said that they just bitched and moaned because they couldn't get ahold of me. Try leaving a phone number on the message next time! The next day, I looked up their number on the website and called them. THEY YELLED AT ME OVER THE PHONE! They were like, "You haven't called us back, we have yet to get anymore information on your co-sign, blah blah blah" (The move in date wasn't for another month!) I said that I wasn't going to move in because I heard negative things about the management. And then a switch turned on. Susan changed her tone of voice from demanding and rude to soft and sweet and was like. "oh really? Well, we're sorry your not moving in, and your deposit will be here for you to pick up!" That was weird. I'm glad I'm not moving in. Pay attention to red flags.

It was a smart move to not move in! I live there now and have been there for a little over a year. The reason I moved in is because I worked there and you are very right about Susan she is so rude and very bitchy! The worse part about management is they only care about collecting a check from you and are not willing to work anything out with anybody no matter what your situation is. And on top of tha it seems like every six months there is a new manager. There have been different managers, assistant managers and NUMEROUS weekend leasing agents that have come in and out of that office.
