If the manager is as bad as you say she is then why arean't you calling the police or getting in touch with a lawyer to get rid of her. You know all you really need to have to make Univesco take notice is say the word lawyer. They are use to that word. Go to public records and you can see how many times they have been sued and lost. And if she is really saying all that stuff then call the ACIOLU. They will step in and take charge.
