I have lived at Edgewater for 3 years now and I have no complaints. Susan up there is one of the best people to deal with. She will stand her ground but at the same time try to help you on anything.

I really like how they seem to keep all the riff-raff out of the place and they crack down on people who abuse the place.

I think most of these people who say no or bad things are the ones who did not obey by the rules. Who knows. I do know that my co-worker cousin lived there and had a dog that she did not do a pet deposit for and they found out about it and so she is no longer liver there.

Hey - if your gona lie about a pet - then no telling what else you will lie about.

I have lived at places like the Tallows and another in Arlington call Hidden Valley and they let any one in and the place went down hill and my girlfriend/s did not fell safe coming over with all the thugs or wantabe thugs hanging out drinkin their 40s.

So if you want a nice safe place with out alot of riff-raff or homies hangin out - this is the place for you.

*Oh they are not racist and neither am I!
It is a multi-race place and everyone in there seems nice and friendly and up standing.
