The way I see it all apartments have there issues but some just take the cake!! there are good things and bad things about them all.
Edgewater is better than some that I have seen like they have spacious floor plans and good rent rates. However once you have got all nice and comfy in your apartment you start to notice things. like "ants" and if you call maintance "good luck" you may have to call them 10 times to get help if then! It can also be hard to find parking also. It's o.k for your first car that you have a space for for good luck trien to find another space!! also a lot of traffic. Also be careful where you step ... people could care less where there little one goes... other than that the complex is in a nice location across from a Super Target, Party City, close to Jack in the Box, service stations,Vista Ridge Mall, Garden Ridge, Academy, Toys R' Us, and lots more. So basically if you have to think about what your willing to put up with!! location location location!! It does have that!! as far as the landfill next door, not close enough to really tell its there.

You must not have lived there long enough to smell the landfill yet. Just wait, you will. The apartments are under different management than when I lived there (I moved in while they were still being built) the SuperTarget or Jack-in-the-Box areas were there. I know all apts have their ups and downs but this one definitely had more downs than ups for me and my roommate!
