I looked at edgewater the other day with my boyfriend and because of location and the fact we were going to be overlooking the creek we decided we wanted to rent. We went in filled out the paper work and gave them a security deposit. We told the apartment we are in now where we would be moving. WELL the leasing lady called me for more info and was kinda rude. No big deal. Then she called me back a few hours later and very rudely said we were not going to get the place because of our credit and hung up. No sorry no thank you NOTHING. I was so upset not because the place was so great just because I dont have a place to live. My boyfriend called her back today just to see if we could get a co signer or pay an extra deposit, she again was very rude and said our credit was to low and there was nothing we can do and they wont do anything. OK fine we make 4 times the rent and have great renters history. I HATE that lady. Im glad we didnt get the place.

Yup, probably Susan. She's extremely "clinical" in her dealings with people. Very too the point, no chit-chat. My car was broken into a few weeks ago and I called the office and she was just "oh ok. It was a crime of opportunity". Great. Don't care. How about an "I'm sorry?" She's a nice lady but extremely abrupt. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Everyone else there is wonderful!

yes, you are right. They ALL are rude at the office. If you are not White, dont go there to live, very racist and they make you feel it too!!

Manager is the laziest and told so by other residents. Recently when I reported finding a snake on my patio and also in the breezeway I was told that is what you can expect living close to a water way. NO, if weeds were cut away from apts it would keep them away.
