I lived there for 3 years. Rent is a good price, apartments are nice for the price, and I'd continue to live there if my roommate weren't moving away.

My AC was screwed up for 1 year where they told me I could deal with the 20* temp differential or move. Then, a year later it was miraculously fixed after I complained to the new manager.

Government housing lies accross the street and I've had a few run-ins with thugs who walk through the complex, but nothing extreme.
