I lived in the Edgewater for about 8 months and the only reason I had to leave was because I got a job in another city. However, overall I enjoyed my stay there. After doing a lot of research on apts in the area, I felt these were my best option at the time b/c I needed a shortened lease. When I moved in I had new carpet and the layout of the apt was really nice. My only complaint was in the beginning there was an ant problem. Random places (like my closet, or a wall, or a mirror) I would just see an ant or 2 or 3 walking around and it got to be a little irritating. Now I am a neat freak/perfectionist so it had nothing to do with the my cleanliness. However, after I had them come spray it wavered a bit. Other than that they were pretty nice and affordable. I liked that covered parking was free, and maintenance usually came out within a week of requests that I put in. I didn't deal much with the office staff, so I won't speak much on that.
