With all of these reviews it makes one think that some if not all are correct in what they are saying about this place and that the management is not doing a good job at making sure that things get done and that the complex looks nice and smells good to and is free of dog poo everywhere, broken beer bottles, used condoms laying around all over the parking lot and on the hill.
Edgewood Village would make a Great Hud property. Why not it is almost like living in a slum project.

If you really do live here, than why did you not once out of all these made up stories complain about how the pool was closed for resurfacing for almost a whole month, I know why because you are a disgruntled employees wife, and nothing that you type is the truth. If you are a resident just look out of your front door, do you see broken bottles, and trash and other disgusting things, at most you may see some dog poop, but you should look to your neighbor for that problem. So if anybody actually does beleive these reviews, then take second look at all of these bad reviews, you will see similarities , but everytime there is a different user name and if you try to reply to any of the e-mail addresses they will be sent back to you undeliverable. Please all adults, pay close attention to the writing type, all the mispelled words, and make your own decision regaurding this property, are the people in the office nice and do they help you when you have a problem, I bet they do a lot of the time, with as many problems as they can, I know I do, yes I do work at the office and it makes me sad to hear all these lies about our property you know I live here too. Usually I would not respond to reviews , but this is getting out of hand, and honestly it makes me angry. But I have to remember the source, you know who you are as well as I do. I hope for your sake that you get over it, and move on with your life, good luck in the future. Sincerely T

Seems to me that you all would be better off alone to just stop this mess and get on with your own lives and such. You can't stop a rumor mill by always answering back. Did you ever once stop to think that maybe that person is upset, sad, has no life, no money, no job. And so to make themselfs feel better they get on here from any place that they can and write these reviews. But when you keep saying that the person is a ex employee, do you have the proof that this is the case or maybe someone here at ewv is really very upset by all the going on here and is just fedup with it all? If I were you and you did say that you work in the office you should be bigger than the person who is writting these reviews and remember there is nothing that you can do about it since we do have freedom to say what ever we like even if that does inclued not telling the whole truth. So just give it a rest. And in time it will stop. Keep your chin up.

Hey "gethelp" you think that the person has gone low by "attacking your family. What about the way you have been attacking that person PERSONALLY? Hm what makes you better than that person? Guess what you are not better than anyone else. You get a life.
