You are really taking chances if you move into Edgewood Village Apartments.
The management staff are stupid or mostly high or zone out most of the time. The leasing person I guess doesn't believe in shampoo or deodorant. They don't wear their office dress that was given to them by Corp. Office.
They never tell you the truth and they try to sway the new residents to move into the most run down building ever and say that everything is fine there.
When you call after hours to have a leak fix they send the managers "boyfriend" who doesn't know ---- about anything just like his girlfriend. They are always having pool parties that are loud and nothing but a bunch of drunken -------- peeing in the pool and using it half the time for a bathtub, Now that is gross. I went swimming last summer in the pool and got a major infection and haven't set foot in the pool after that. When you use the pool or hot tub you are really taking chances. Watch out for the used floating condoms...... I am glad that my lease is up I am moving and am writting the state of Texas housing about this place and tell them about the manager and Univesco and how they cheat, lie and steal personal info from everyone who walks into the office and gives them info so they can run a Credit Check on you......Right they don't care how low your credit score is they will lease to anyone. That is why it is looking the way it does ie CRAP.
Just watch your back, personal credit info and your apartment because they love you invite themself into your place while you are gone to work or the store.
NOTHING is safe in the office.
