Parking:
You only get one covered spot, which is sometimes blocked by someone else. Other spots are very far and the lighting is not very good.

Noise:
I was on the second floor and it sounded like the people upstairs were coming through the floor. I could hear every noise outside. The construction of the apartment walls and ceilings were of very poor quality. Kids were running up and down the stairs at 5 am.

Grounds:
Not to bad, but there is not much grass to the grounds. Lots of trash was left outside everyone s doors.

Safety:
Needed more lighting. The area outside the complex was very shady. I would suggest going down the street a little more to a different complex away from the intersection.


Construction:
Very poor. I could hear noises from outside and above. The fixtures were standard for apartments. Not worth the rent.

Maintenance:
When I moved in that said they replace the carpet, but I had fleas for the first week I was in the apartment and I don't have any animals. I question the carpet and they came and sprayed for flea and then blamed me for them. The fleas where around for another week before they all died. I should have received a refund for the week.

Staff:
Very unprofessional. I had to leave before my lease was up and they don't inform you of the hidden fees they will charge you. SO BEWARE.

Overall:
The rent for these apartments should be 200 to 300 dollars lower. The quality of construction and other amenities are not worth the rent. The weight room has only stuff from the 70's. I apartment complex just down the road has better facilities and construction for the same price or lower. I would suggest looking else were for a place to live.
