I've lived here for almost 3 years and unfortunately, this last year has been the worst. Walls are very thin and would not recommend living under anyone! You can hear their music, their t.v., heavy walking, and other things I'd rather not mention here (if you get my drift). On the other hand, the maintenance guys are very nice (Bob and Roberto) and are always arriving on the same day if not the next when requested. Property is nice with a nice bay view. Some of the leasing girls are nice, whereas some of them need to work on their social skills and professionalism. Overall, Emery Bay has been a nice place to live (besides the noisy neighbors and mgmt not really taking action on this matter).
