Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived here for a year and I must say it was the best apartment I ever leased in the N. Texas area. I moved here from Oak Forest in Lewisville which was a TOTAL nightmare but these guys at Emery Bay certainly know how to treat people. I have nothing but praise for management and the quality of life I enjoyed while living here! My only complaint would be the occasional smell from the adjoining landfill accross Hebron Pkwy. This wasn't a problem unless your the type that like to keep your windows open. In all honesty though this was only a problem certain times of the year when the wind would blow from that direction. All in all if I were to return to the DFW area I wouldn't think twice about re-leasing at Emery Bay!!!
