Appear Great, BUT THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!!

This is honestly the worst apartments I?ve ever lived in!
They appear great with their look, location, and amenities, but you?ve got to wonder why they offer so many amenities and great specials!
They have a lake with a great (and smelly) view of the city dump. Plus they are on a sewer. The smell during the cooler seasons is HORRIBLE!
Also, the managment is nothing to write home about.
The walls are sooo thin you hear everything. Conversations, doors closing, people walking (STOMPING) around, radios, TVs. If you complain about the noise they do nothing to help!
If you want sleep, peace, and quiet, this IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
ALSO, they say they are dog friendly but they are not!! Everyone I?ve talked to here has had problems regarding their pets. The pet deposit is 500.00 (300 NON-REFUNDABLE) PLUS a monthly pet rent!
Also, they will not let you break your lease, or even move to another apartment if you're unhappy without severely financially penalizing you. They also, charge for every little thing when you do move out. They charged me 15.00 per ceiling fan not being cleaned. With vaulted ceilings, how was I supposed to get up there to clean them.
If you still want to live here, I?d check on all of these things.....TO ME IT?S NOT WORTH IT!
