The Worst Living Experience I've Had Yet!!

The walls are so thin you hear everything going on around you. People are always complaining about the noise!
One of their main apartment reps is the rudest people I've ever encountered!
Don't rent the clubhouse, they will find every little excuse to keep your deposit! We had several people help clean after we used the facility and it was spotless! However, they said that they were keeping $200.00 of my deposit because it was so dirty they couldn't show it!!! OK'''
The security gate was broke for half of the year I've been here (which was an important ammenity to me). Also, the lap pool was green and unuseable for most of the summer (which is when you want to use it!)
They take their time to fix things but are quick to fine you or leave complaint notes for the littlest things aganst you!
If you have a pet (500 pet deposit)....THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! 3 other tennants I know with pets are all leaving, as well, as soon as their leases are up due to the un-friendly pet environment at Emery Bay! Heaven forbid your trained 5 lb bundle of love not be on a leash...they will fine you and threaten to evict you after 3 warnings! Someone could accuse a dog owner of not having their dog on a leash or not pick up after their dog and the apartments (even if they didn't witness it themself) will fine and threaten you!
My dog and I were on vacation for 2 weeks, and when I came back, I had 2 notes on my door threatening me to keep my dog quiet and we weren't even there! When I approached the office about this I felt they didn't believe me and they said that they had several complaints. I have reciepts to show that my dog was boarded in another state...however, I feel they would still find a way to pin a complaint of some form or fashion to me!
I will stop here! They are horrible and if I hadn't signed a year lease I would have left after the first month....BUT THAT'S A WHOLE OTHER COMPLAINT IN ITSELF!!
All in all, I would never recommend these apartments to anyone!
