First of all, the negative reviews are so accurate it's scary. The last positive review which tries to combat every other persons complaints...let me tell you...
I think it's safe to say an employee (office staff) most likely wrote that! Hahaha! Most of the girls in the office also live here as well. There has been alot of negative responses about the emery bay office girls. Someone's trying to save their job. They really are rude and not helpful. When you have a problem they blow you off. No one contacts you, you have to chase them down to get what you want. One girl in particular is by far the rudest person in the office and she has an attitude about everything and likes to put the blame of her mistakes on other employees. She has a massive chip on her shoulder when she really has no reason for it. They painted the apts a few weeks ago, people were coming in everyone's balconies, moving around our furniture, not putting anything back, leaving a mess etc. You call for maintenance..you're lucky if you see someone for at least 2 weeks. Parking is a nightmare. These apts were very cheaply constructed. You can hear other tenants tv's, radio's, conversations, sex, etc. I could go on. And the dump smells alot of the time. Yes it is disgusting. Think of rotten popcorn covered in crap. That's the smell. Ahhhhhh emery bay at dump pointe.
