One of the biggest problems here is Management. They are terrible. They are rude. They are stupid. Moving here will only keep these unprofessionals employed. They never keep their promises, they never do anything promt nor do they ever do anything period besides romance new tenants in and then turn into evil demons as soon as you sign the lease. Once your name is in legal document they think they own you and can walk all over from you. Sound bitter' It is. I have been ripped off far too long here and treated like crap. The apartments are cheaply constructed.

As for the positive reviews: They are all written by none other than the wicked management. Get a life you ugly heifers.

I havent even lived here and can tell you this is true. My wife and i went to check these apts for ourselves from a listeing from J. Ellis It said teh spcial was $699. Day one, everything was c ool, the would have one ready around the time I needed to move and the apt was fabulious. SO teh next day we took my roomate and now, teh special was only for apts that were vacent now, which there were none and they didnt say that before, then they tried tacking on hidden fees like $10 for 1st floor and $#20 for pool view (which there is almost no way aroiund either a pool or pond view) then they surprised us with the fact that part of the special was 6 mo into the lease, the rent would go up $100! They want to trick you into buying into this place. If you consider this place, ask alot fo questions.

It's defintely true, the management staff are complete idiots. When you speak to them they look at you like they don't understand english, then respond with "sure we'll take care of that" and it NEVER!!!! gets done. And they do try to rip you off. My husband and I recently moved out, AT THE END OF OUR LEASE. After having paid all 7 months rent of our lease on time they proceded to charge us with 60 day rent, plus 75$ each month for two month of "month to month" rent, plus $60 to clean the carpet, plus $797 reletting fee for not giving them written notice that we were moving out. IT WAS THE END OF OUR LEASE--- THE CONTRACT HAS ENDED, THE DEAL WAS OVER, WE DON'T OWE YOU S**T!!!!!!

I justmoved in here and I'm havingthe same problems only here is my solution if you would like to try it your self. I'm calling Sentinel, the people who own Emery Bay...the people whose number they say they don't have. I'm also calling the BBB and if things don't get better around here I'm calling FOX 4. When I get done here I will be happy or at least even!

I am having the exact same problem as "emerybaysuxbig". My roomates and I only gave a 15 day notice to move out but we did stay until the end of our lease and now they are tryign to charge us almost $4000(which before I complained was originally $8000). They are charging us over $1000 to replace the carpet. That is outrageous! We were good tenants, no late payments, no complaints, nothing, nada. the staff is rude and will try to milk every penny they can out of you!!! Future tenants beware!
