Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
I moved in a year after it opened and am leaving next month because i got moved to Houston. So i have been here over 5 years.
Pam the manager is AWESOME!! The staff has always been SO nice. I have seen a ton of residents come in with attitude which isnt needed. Give a smile and you will get one back.
Parking isnt bad at all. I lived on both sides of the complex. Just pay money for a reserved space or a garage.
Nothing was ever stolen or broken into.
I lived on the lake all 5 years. Bugs are everywhere...you are on a lake...duh!!
And yes the trash smells, but dont most people know they are moving across the street from the trash dump!!''
Live on the 3rd floor and you will never hear a thing.
Emery Bay was awesome and I will miss it. I loved living there. If i could move it to Houston, I would!!
I stayed for 5 years and am leaving because I have to..otherwise..i would still be at Emery Bay!!
