I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR THREE YEARS AND HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALL THE STAFFING CHANGES. CURRENTLY I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PROPERTY STAFF. MAINTENANCE IS IMPROVING AND SO IS THE OFFICE STAFF. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO LIVE HERE DUE TO ALL THE GREAT AMENITIES THAT THEY HAVE. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE EMPLOYEES THEY HAVE CHOOSEN. THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE THEM TO IMPROVE WOULD BE THEIR CLUBHOUSE FEATURE DUE TO THEM BEING A LITTLE OUTDATED. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO PUT A POOL TABLE IN THERE.

You have to be one of the few that are happy here! I have been here since August and it has been hell! The only good thing is the view, which I can't enjoy because of all the spiders and the residents. The Maintenance staff doesn't fix anything when they are suppose to, I still ahve not recieved a copy of my lease, and the few things I have had fixed are still unfinshed jobs. I haven't even mentioned my bathroom that is painted two differnt tones and has holes that are patched but no painted! I have lived in places that would be considered below this place, they may have been outdated, but at least the staff was nice, the apartments where ready and clean when you moved in, and you weren't being over taken by bugs!
