ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH THE$$$$

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
My husband and I lived at Emery Bay from Jan.2000 to Feb.2002. In that time we moved to 2 different apts within the complex. The first time was because of water leaks that never could get fixed (no matter how many times the maintence people came)... roaches coming from the vents in the ceiling (DISGUSTING) and I keep an immaculate house. The smell from the dump was awful and yes the ladies in the office were rude. Finally my husband and I split up and left the complex. My brother also lived in our building and has the same opinions... Emery Bay is way over priced and was built very cheap. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone ever again!
