Although I understand how some people are upset with the managment staff, there are many good things at emery bay also. My husband and I have lived here for going on 3 years now. Obviously, it can't be that bad if we have lived here that long. As for the office staff here, I don't believe they are meaning to seem that they don't care. I have seen many new faces since we first moved here. Basically, the staff seems unorganized and has a huge employee turn over problem. The maintenence staff is always nice and do a great job. There is a monthly breakfast the apts. offer and they always seem to do some sort of activity for the holidays. I can't ever make them but I appreciate them. The rent for these apts. is really reasonable considering the square footage and the atmosphere here. I love seeing the ducks walking around here. It's an affordable, pretty nice place to stay. I'm sure the office staff is trying to make it the best they can
