I have lived here for about a year and it's been very quiet and clean in the building I'm in (12). I live on the southside towards the front pool area and I have been really happy. Maybe it's because I am so near the office, I really don't know. There are going to be complaints about any apartment complex, or neighborhood you live in, but I think Emery Bay is nice. No one can be pleased all of the time, there is always someone that won't be happy, believe me, there are some places that should be condemned!!!! All in all, Emery Bay is your standard apartment complex with some people praising it and some complaining about it. Don't get me wrong, I know the complaints are valid, but so are the praises. You will have to make your own decision, because everyone doesn't experience the same thing whether it's happiness or being miserable. OH....there is one person in the office that is completely rude and she needs to be fired! I don't know if she is still here or not, but before I moved in, she quoted me a completely different price and when I questioned her about the price I had been quoted, she told me that it was not for my "move in" time frame' What if I wanted to "look and lease"' I think her name was Yvonne....not the manager (Ivanna), but it was another girl! WHAT A B*T*C!!!! I will never forget that. Sara, straighted it out and thank goodness for her.....I was going to have slap her around because of that attitude.....What horrible customer service!!!
